    I'ma do it! I think I'll try sourdough. Unless I chicken out, and then it will be the old stand-by, Dutch Oven bread.

    I'm also going to poach your idea and put it on mine own website--hope that's okay.

    Awesome. Poach away (especially since it isn't my idea anyway). I love bread... (well, homemade bread not so much the fluffy mass-produced stuff)
